Frequently Asked Questions
Being a new mom, Founder Tiffany questioned every parenting decision she made and longed for the comfort of a warm hug – like a marsupial carrying her young in a pouch. Her desire inspired the creation (and name!) of Joey, a brand that offers high-quality and beautifully designed products that provide that sense of security and connection.
All Joey Wagons have a stroller wagon frame, two seats, all-terrain wheels, a footwell, a storage basket, one UPF 50+ stroller canopy, one snack tray, and one cup holder. Click here for more details.
Joey Wagons are ready for use from the moment your child is born through their toddler years.
We have two modes of compatibility for an infant. Use our car seat adapter to connect your infant car seat to our wagon. Once your infant has developed the proper head and neck support, usually between 4-6 months, they'll be ready for the wagon seat, which can support up to 50 lbs. (25 kg.).
The wagon can accommodate one infant car seat adapter. A second child can ride in the other seat simultaneously.
A user manual is included with the wagon in the shipping box. If you have any questions, contact us at support@myjoey.com.
The Joey car seat adapter will work with most Cybex, Nuna, Maxi-Cosi, and Clek infant car seats.
Specifically, the Nuna Pipa, Nuna Pipa Lite, Nuna Pipa Lite LX, Mico AP, Mico Max 30, Maxi Cosi Mico NXT, Maxi Cosi Pebble, Maxi Cosi Cabrio Fix, Cybex Aton, Cybex Anton M, Cybex Aton 2, Cybex Aton Q, Cybex Cloud Q, and Clek Liing.

- Detach the belt straps from the buckle.
- Undo the Velcro closures.
- Remove the seat liner in a few simple steps:
- Detach the five-seat belt straps from the buckle.
- Undo the Velcro closures attaching the liner to the frame, and release the snap at the top of the liner.
- Pull the straps out of the liner one by one.
- Remove the liner from the seat.
When you're ready to switch to the new seat liner, reverse the motions. Pull the straps back through the liner slits, reconnect each strap to the buckle, and connect the Velcro closure to the frame and the snap at the top.
Your stroller wagon is designed to withstand whatever life throws your way. The entire wagon, including its frame, seat, canopy, storage basket, and footwell, can be spot cleaned as needed. We recommend using warm water and mild soap on a soft cloth or sponge. Gently rub any sticky spots in circular motions to clean, wipe away residue, and dry to finish.
Pro tip: For those very extra messes, wipe away the dirt and grime with magic eraser sponges.
The wagon seat is machine washable. Wash in a cold cycle and lay flat to dry. Do not iron.
