What do you love most about your job?
I love being creative the most. Being a designer it's so amazing to see the design to sample to the final product, I love it.
How has life changed since you had your baby?
I have two kids! A 2 year old and a 7 month old. My life has changed drastically since having kids, it was a total lifestyle change that happened from 0-1 kid It took me a while to get used to the new lifestyle but now I have another baby, it's just adding another one in the mix and it's great!
What is your favorite thing about being a parent? What is the most difficult thing?
My favorite thing about being a parent is watching them grow, learn, and accomplish new skills. It's so fun to hear my son say new words, and phrases and put together sentences - he's hilarious. Seeing my baby become so mobile is so amazing, I love seeing him so active. The hardest part about being a parent is juggling the mental load of being a mom. From working on my brand, being creative, being a mom, being a wife, and friends, it's a lot!
What is a typical weekend activity with your family?
These days we wake up in the mornings hang out in our living room then take the kids out on a walk to get fresh air and get our bodies moving before nap time! Most weekends feel like every other day- do parents have weekends?!
Where do you like to take your Joey?
We take our Joey every day on walks down the street, to the bagel shop, grocery shopping, literally everywhere we can take it! I can't wait until my 7 month old is able to sit in it with our toddler. My toddler likes to eat his snacks, drink his watered-down apple juice and play with his monster trucks while in the joey. Sometimes he waves at people walking by us and they always compliment us on Joey.
