If you’re in a pinch and need a snack on the go, what do you recommend?
Apple and peanut butter is my go to!

What is your go-to kid friendly dinner recipe? 
Banza pasta with pesto, chicken apple sausage, and broccoli. Or scrambled eggs! We love breakfast for dinner in my house.
 
What is the number one thing you want people to know when it comes to nutrition and eating?
Nutrition is all about flavor! Eating healthy does not mean eating boring, bland foods. Good food should be good for you. 

What are your kitchen / pantry staples?
You can always make a meal as long as you have some good eggs, fresh greens, olive oil, sea salt, and maybe a good bread. 

Favorite meal?
Sushi!

Do you have a favorite reset meal or beverage especially with the holiday season around the corner? 
Chicken soup heals me.

What is your personal mantra / what you live by when it comes to meals and nutrition? 
If it doesn’t taste good, it’s not good for you. 

What do you love the most about The Joey Wagon? And what is your favorite place to take it?
My 4 year old hasn’t sat in a stroller for well over a year and he loves the Joey! It’s allowed us to be more mobile around the neighborhood and go for longer walks. We also love packing The Joey Wagon in the car and taking it to the farmers market.
